    No. As long as you are over 18 years of age you are eligible to enter. However should you not be legally able to drive in the state your reside in or the state in which you take possession of the vehicle, you will need a nominated driver and or to organise the vehicle to be transported at your own cost to an address you nominate.

    Calibre Club will cover the appropriate on road costs to transfer the ownership of the vehicle, however all ongoing insurance and registration fees are the responsibility of the winner/ transferred legal owner of the vehicle.

  • You should receive your confirmation once your order has been placed, please also check your junk mail/spam folder. You can contact us here if you didn’t receive your order  confirmation email.

    Log into your account and click the [My Account > Orders] select your order number, current order status should appear on the page. You will also receive an e-mail as soon as your order is being prepared for shipment. This e-mail will include your tracking number and an estimated shipping date.

    Orders are shipped out within 2-3 business of order being placed (for in-stock items and not including pre-orders) and delivery times are usually within 5-7 business days once order has been dispatched. Sometimes our courier partners may take longer to deliver and unfortunately it is out of our control. If you still haven’t received anything after 10 business days or your tracking number hasn’t updated, please don’t hesitate to shoot us an email and see what’s going on with your order. We will always have an answer for you. You can contact us here

    Our goal is to have your order packaged, sent to the post office, and it is on its way to you within 2-3 business days of you placing your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Orders placed Friday, Saturday or Sunday will start processing Monday morning. Pre-orders will be sent out once stock arrives in our warehouse – please see specific products regarding delivery date.

    Definitely! Merchandise delivery and the contest entries are two completely separate processes. When you place your order on our website, the moment you click submit and the money is taken from your payment method will initiate your entry to the draw. While your merchandise choices are transmitted to our warehouse, where our awesome employees will gather your gear and mail it to you.

    All shipping time is based on your location. Our warehouse is located in Brisbane, it can take up to 5-7 business days to get from our warehouse to your home. 

    Please contact us here, if you need to change any sizes, colours, choices, etc on any order you have placed in the last 24 hours. If your order has already been prepared for packaging and shipment, you will need to follow the return processes. Please see the Returns/Exchanges page for more information. 

    Please contact customer service immediately.  You can contact us here . Please include the correct address, your order number and your name in the email. If you catch the mistake within 24 hours, we can usually correct it before your initial shipment is sent, so send the email the moment you discover the error. If your package has already shipped, we may be able to redirect to the correct address, however this isn’t guaranteed. Please make sure you enter the correct address as we may not be able to fix incorrect address once order has been sent.
